1. In Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Categories by attracting new businesses and development to Sauk Village to surrounding areas that can be annexed to Sauk Village.

2. This growth will be of a planned and orderly fashion giving proper attention to the needs and concerns of the residents, school and library districts, and the established businesses of Sauk Village
